Web Client iFrame Not Loading in Forms

I have a form in v12 using the classic designer where I have the Web Client embedded using a Custom HTML field using an iframe. It had been working great up until a few months ago. For some reason when the form is first opened, the iframe just flashes "Please wait..." over and over.

If I log into the Web Client in a different browser window and then refresh the form, it loads the iframe correctly. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Does anything of note appear in DevTools Network or Console?

That looks like a login loop between LFDSSTS and repository web client.

Which is strange since I can log into the Web Client and Forms without any issues directly.

When I look at the "Headers" for the "Laserfiche/" entry, under "Response headers" the "Set-Cookie" value had a triangle with an exclamation point. Hovering over the exclamation point shows this message:

Are the base hostnames of the Forms, Web Client, and LFDSSTS URLs different?

This specific Forms/Web Client server are on a different domain than the LFDSSTS server. Forms and the Web Client are on the same server. For troubleshooting I'll use the following:

The Forms/Web Client that is on the same domain as the LFDSSTS server doesn't have any issues, so I'm sure it has something to do with the new security options in the Web Client that were added. I think that probably lines up with the time I first remember hearing about this problem from end users.

If I'm reading that last screenshot correctly it is referring to the LFDSSTS? I don't see a setting for SameSite in the LFDSTS configuration. Is there a way to set that to None?

We have been having this same problem since November of last year and opened a support case, 248494. Since the case was still unsolved by Dec we rolled the Web Client back to Version 11 and are stuck on that version now.
