Hi,

I need help setting the column headers specific to each of my repository folders. I already set the settings in my client to 'Remembered for each individual folder'. However, both weblink and webaccess users, the column headers are not showing the correct columns I have preset. I set all of the column headers and then exported the XML file, then imported the same XML file into the 'Everyone' profile hoping to preset the header columns. This is not working and the column headers are not loading correctly when a user access the respective folders. Please advise.

Everyone's attributes apply if the user did not have their own already set. Check if they already had an attribute set, have them log out, delete the attribute and have them log back in.

Hi,

I tested in weblink and webaccess. I deleted a user's own Attribute and Laserfiche is using the imported attributes for 'Everyone' when I 'Browse' the repository folders. If I do a 'Search' and choose 'Template', the return result column headers are STILL incorrect. The search results returns column headers that are completely messed up. Please advise.
