Arabic Search in LF Cloud

I have uploaded some english and Arabic documents into my laserfiche cloud repository. But I am not able to get eny results when I try to search the Arabic content. Ihave tried changing the settings to Rabic even the interface but nothing works. Is there something am missing

Was Generate text selected when creating the document in the repository?

Yes it was selected. I also ran the generate text again to no avail.
