Laserfiche Cloud will end support for older versions of the Windows Client, Quick Fields and Import Agent on January 7, 2027.

Affected versions:

• Laserfiche Windows Client 9 - 10.4 (including the corresponding versions of Laserfiche Scanning, Snapshot and Office Integration)
• Quick Fields 9 – 10.3
• Import Agent 9 – 10.4 (including Email Archive)

After January 7, 2027, These applications will no longer be able to connect to repositories hosted on Laserfiche Cloud. 

Recommended action:

• Laserfiche recommends upgrading to the latest version of these applications.

This lifecycle policy announcement does not apply to the use of custom applications built with SDK 10.x. See this post for more information on end-of-support for SDK applications.
