Laserfiche Cloud will end support for older versions of the Windows Client, Quick Fields and Import Agent on January 7, 2027.

Affected versions:

• Laserfiche Windows Client 9 - 10.4 (including the corresponding versions of Laserfiche Scanning, Snapshot and Office Integration)
• Quick Fields 9 – 10.3
• Import Agent 9 – 10.4 (including Email Archive)

After January 7, 2027, These applications will no longer be able to connect to repositories hosted on Laserfiche Cloud. 

Recommended action:

• Laserfiche recommends upgrading to the latest version of these applications.

This lifecycle policy announcement does not apply to the use of custom applications built with SDK 10.x.
