Default Application won't switch to Repository

I have a user that would like their default application in Cloud to be the repository. However when they choose Repository from the drop down menu, when they log back into Cloud, it opens to Overview.

They have also chosen Process Automation from the drop down default application menu, but when they log back in, it still opens to Overview.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Could it be that the impacted user is using a bookmark to access the repository that specifies overview? Test with a direct login in incognito.

Does this issue happen to all users?
Is the behavior the same with browser cache cleared/incognito?

1. I have not heard of any other users having this problem

2. The user cleared their browser cache and used incognito but the problem is still happening.

The bookmark was the issue! They tested it in incognito and it worked. Thank you!
