Can Start Business Process from Windows Client but Not Web Client

I am using the Windows Client 12.0.2510.972 and the Web Client 12.0.2510.1022. I have a workflow that has the "Make this workflow a business process" selected as well as Allow repository client to "Start this business process" and "Display this business process's information when they are connected to:...".

The BP has the following BP Rule configured:

I am using the same account in the Windows Client and Web Client. What would prevent me from being able to start this BP in the Web Client?

What are you seeing in the web client? Is it grayed out? Does it not appear in the list? Does it error out when you attempt to start it?

Those details would probably help, lol. It is grayed out and if I hover over it I see the message "Invalid entry properties"

If you go through "Show all business processes", does it let you start it?

Nope. It shows grayed out and the same message when I hover over it.

Seeing the star icon, I just tried something that seems to have fixed it. I removed the star. Closed the modal window. Then went back and I am now able to select it. I then added the star again and it still allows me to select it.

I spoke too soon. After I added the star again, I logged out of the web client and back in and it won't let me select it again.

I then tried to remove the star, logged out of the web client and back in and it won't let me select it.
