Hello,

Users frequently submit this error and state they randomly get kicked out of forms. They complete the form, but when they go to submit, they receive an error and lose their data. We have our timeout settings to 8 hours. We are on prem, Laserfiche 12.0.2509.20409. Is there anything I can look at to resolve this from happening?

"Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem. Invalid form data was sent to the server. There is no active session for this submission. This can occur if the previous session is disconnected. [LFF2115-InvalidDataWithInvalidSession]"

Hi Tiffany, I'm not sure this is the cause, but this issue usually occurs when a user opens too many forms concurrently without submitting them. The previously opened forms may lose their cache, resulting in submission failures.

If this is the reason, you can increase the FormsPerSession value. Go to FormsConfig -> Advanced Options, set FormsPerSession to a higher number, and then recycle IIS for the change to take effect.
