Trying to get a pinned location of where a document is submitted from on the form for tracking purposes.

I am new to using APIs so any help with google maps api or any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Currently, I am able to create a link to the location, "View Map" but I can't get the map to populate.  The map currently being displayed is from manually embedding a google map link into the html field.
