Hello,

I am looking for clarification on the scope of Forms audit logging. Does the system record an event when a user launches a form, even if they do not complete a submission?

No, Forms auditing does not capture viewing a form without submitting it.

Forms Auditing is more of administrative auditing. It doesn't audit what end users are doing.
