Configuring SCIM Integration with Okta Not Assigning License

I have walked through the online documentation to enable SCIM using Okta. The user account gets created, enabled, and even assigned to the appropriate group in Laserfiche Cloud, but they are never assigned a license based on the Licensing Rule that is configured.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Blake,

User account related events, such as creation, deletion, and license changes, will soon be audited in Laserfiche Cloud. Once available, these logs will help with troubleshooting similar issues on your own.

In the meantime, if the problem persists, please verify whether the user’s group membership was correctly pushed from Okta. That is to check whether the user who did not receive the expected license is indeed a member of the group associated with the licensing rule in Laserfiche Cloud.

Well, I'm not sure what changed, but the account now has a license assigned.

If we get the Cloud account ID, we should be able to pull more info from our internal logs.
