With the February 2026 Laserfiche Cloud update, a new Bulk Selection toolbar was added to the Account Administration → Users page. However, it only appears when one or more users are selected. I would like to request that this toolbar be visible at all times.

Currently, when you select a user, the table shifts downward as the toolbar appears, which causes the interface to jump. Keeping the toolbar always visible would create a smoother, more consistent user experience by preventing this layout shift.
