1. New enhancements to task assignment in business processes make routing work to the right people easier, simpler, and more precise.

Role-based assignment lets you organize a single team into custom assignment roles,  like Senior Reviewer or Regional Coordinator, and route tasks directly to the right subset, rather than assigning the task to the entire team. This removes the need to create separate teams for each approval type, specialty, or function in a process - one team can support multiple workflows, while tasks still go to the right people. Team managers get full visibility into their team’s work without needing to create and maintain multiple teams. 

Participant-based assignment helps maintain continuity across multi-step workflows by automatically routing tasks based on earlier participation in the process. You can send work back to the same person who handled a previous task or exclude someone to avoid conflicts of interest - all without any manual routing required. 

Together, these options give you more control over task routing while keeping your team structure simple.

2. Trustee management enhancements make managing large user lists faster, easier, and more reliable.

This release improves the usability of the user listing page by addressing common pain points related to performance, filtering, and bulk actions, especially for large organizations with many users.

• Faster loading: Significantly improved page load times for large user lists. 

• Improved selection controls: More flexible bulk selection options, including page-level select, along with better visibility through a new selection bar that shows selected user counts and available bulk actions. 

• Better filtering: Expanded filtering capabilities make it easier to find users quickly. Column-level filters allow administrators to filter by creation date, last login time, license type, and more. A new filter bar clearly displays active filters and allows admins to remove them individually or clear them all with a single click.
