"this form is invisible" error for Laserfiche Office Integration

Hi team,

Has anyone seen this issue? I'm using the Office Integration files downloaded from Cloud. If I try to open a document in local Word, I get a prompt to download the integration over and over. I manually downloaded the newest certificate, just in case that was the issue.

I get the message on the first boot of the day.

Just saw that running in the background on my computer. Never noticed it before.

Hi Ben,

 

If you go to repository>click the username top right>options>advanced>show details. Does the webtools show as connected, or are they all failed?

Ah! That's probably your issue. Webtools needs to be running and connected in order to interact with the local office apps. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

My guess would be that a firewall is blocking the ports.

Webtool Agent 11.0.2509.11 is running, and with the firewalls checked, I can't even telnet to plugin.laserfichelocalhost.com:18437, which is resolving to the localhost. I've opened a case using the new submission form.

It's a temperamental beast is webtools. Support will be the best route yes
