Are there any additional IIS configurations I need to implement for Web Access? The problem is that performance degrades (slow tree explore, opening folders, searches, views), but there are no apparent issues with the database, Laserfiche, CPU, or memory. However, once IIS is restarted, everything works fine again. How can we identify what might be causing this?

The default installation should set things up appropriately without any specific changes required. It sounds like you've eliminated the obvious potential causes. Support should be able to help you gather some trace data to better pin down where the time is spent, which will go a long way to determining the cause. In the mean time, you can configure the application pool to recycle on a schedule, which may at least save you from having to do this manually.
