I have created a number of forms now for different areas of our organization including public facing ones for the portal. I want to limit access to the forms listed according to group membership. I have been unable to find any ideas other than using teams, which I have not been able to make work, and it seems overly complex for this use anyway. I am prepared to create a user test based on username and a lookup table for each area if necessary on each of our start forms to prevent the processes or workflow from running but this really seems unnecessary.
