Hello,

When a document is created and a workflow assigns a metadata template, the Smart Fields auto-extract and trigger a second workflow, moving the document to another file. This issue is, I don't want the file to be moved prior to reviewing the document. Is there a way to configure the Smart Fields to extract only when the user clicks Extract Values? Thank you!
