System time causing issues in Workflows

asked on January 9

We recently moved our self-hosted Laserfiche (10.4) set up to an Azure server.

The sever time was set to 12hr format, however, we have several workflows and processes that require the time/datetime tokens to be in 24hr format, we have changed the time format on the sever, but the workflows are still picking up the time in 12hr format. is there a way we can change this within the workflow options or is there a way to force to token to format the date as 24hr?

Workflow uses the datetime format for the Windows user specified in its service login.

If you're running Workflow as the default built-in Local System account, this post describes how to set datetime formatting for it via the Windows Registry under "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Control Panel\International":

S-1-5-18 is the Well-known SID for Local System.
