Hello, I have looked into an issue where a user cannot edit Metadata in the template when printing to Laserfiche. I have gone over their access in Admin and their folder rights and don't see any issues. The other users are working fine its just 1 user with an issue where they could do this previously. I don't know where else to troubleshoot.
