Hello,

I have a customer who states they used to be able to drag files from the Windows client into Gmail messages in their browser as attachments to the email, but that now it does not work. The box will pop up as the file is downloaded, but then they get a prompt about moving the document to another folder in Laserfiche instead of the attachment getting created.

I do not have the issue myself on my own PC - I can drag a file from the Windows client into a message in Gmail in my browser. The box that appears as the file is downloaded still appears, but then it attaches just fine to the message in the browser.

I observed the issue on the customer's network in both Chrome and Edge. Windows client version is 11.x. I didn't see any extensions that would be interfering with it. Does anyone have any insight on what else I should look at? I compared the download settings on my own PC with a customer PC and they looked the same for the user having the issue.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
