unable to login from website

A single user is unable to login to the website: https://accounts.laserfiche.com/

At the login prompt the username is prepopulated then when you click on the space it disappears. Attempts to type in the space and it is not responsive. The next button is greyed out.

We have tried different browsers, cleared cache, added the site as a trusted site in Internet Options and tried incognito mode. Any help is appreciated.

I think the login page will remember your account number but not your user name. The name being filled in suggests that the browser is doing something on its own, and it could be interfering with the normal operation of the page (though I can't think of how, exactly). Are there any extensions running? Maybe a password manager?

Only password keeper being used is the built in manager in the browser. There are no extensions installed in any of the browsers.

Resolved: Looks to be solved now. We were able to input the User's ID number since it would only let us type numbers. Everything works now. Thank you for the assistance.
