Hi,

I created a Business Process where a form is filled up by an initiator then, once submitted, it will go to the director for approval. The form is public, and one of the fields used in the form is the Email Address field. The form is supposed to re-assign a task to the initiator if the director chooses to return it rather than approve it. Since the form is public, some of the users who complete the form are not licensed. The process gets suspended at this step, even though the email address is correct. What is the cause of this issue and is there any way around it? Here is the error details:

Nobody is assigned to the user task: Address Feedback. This error may occur if a user task is assigned using a variable that does not contain a valid username.
