In Laserfiche Cloud, is there any way to assign a task to a specific user but still allow other members of the team to pull that task if the assigned user is busy or out on vacation?
As far as I can tell, Cloud doesn’t support team-level filtering, so the options seem to be:

Assign it to the team, which forces the primary person to manually claim it every time, or
-
Assign it to a specific user, which prevents the rest of the team from seeing or retrieving it.
Has anyone found a workable solution to this in LF Cloud?
