Question

Laserfiche Cloud Storage Allocation

asked on December 4

Howdy,

I have a Cloud Enterprise Site license question that came in from an existing client.  So, I understand that we migrate the existing legacy data to the new Site License Cloud instance.  But the caveat is that some of these older systems have literally 1 or 2 full users and while they do plan on taking advantage of say the Public Portal and the Records Management module via the Site License but are not planning on adding additional users.  Is there a hard limit on what 1 user can tap into as far as Cloud storage is concerned (e.g., 100 GB)?

Thank you.

No, the storage is applied to the account not the Users for all Cloud accounts. You should be able to see your allocated storage in ACS.

Plans include 100GB storage for each full user. Additional storage may be purchased if necessary independently from the user licenses.

Cool - but if I have a Site License and 10 TB of space, do I actually have to create 100 users to access said space?  Thanks!

Hi Brian,

The US Municipal Site Packages include 10 TB of storage. The SP Portal licensing guide is the best resource for this.
