I have a self-hosted customer who gets a lot of these errors when working with multi-value field groups that contain dynamic fields. For example, if they have 2 sets of 1 field group, both containing dynamic fields, and they delete one and try to save their changes, they're frequently hit with errors like this. It's hard to reproduce on demand, but they say it happens often enough that it's really starting to get in the way of their work. 

Since I'm having a hard time replicating it, I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and if there's anything about the source tables that might make this happen more often than it otherwise would. 

An example of what happens is they modify 1 or more of the field groups containing these multi-value fields, in this case GL Codes. They'll close the document, and get an error saying "Dynamic field validation failed on field "GL Codes," and all they can do is click OK. They'll click OK, and then a message appears saying "Not all data was saved. Do you wish to proceed anyway?" at which point they click No because they don't know what was saved and what wasn't. Then they go back into the multi-value field group and choose the GL Code again, and then it works.

In this case, the GL Code field is the parent field, and there's a child field named GL Description that populates based on the GL Code field. I'm not sure how to proceed here. LFS version is 11.0.0.206. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
