Hyperlink in form title description

I am trying to add a hyperlink inside a form title description in the modern designer. It is working in the classic designer by using AREF but it seems it does not work on the modern designer.

Any work around on this using modern designer?

Iv been able to do this using HTML: <a href="https://www.w3schools.com">Visit W3Schools</a>
