The Sign In button text changed to the admin's username after the last update and we found that there is a new setting to change the button's text however anything we try to enter in here does not update the button text. We can update the form title and other settings but the button text remains stuck.

Because the button no longer says sign in and just has a username in it no one knows what the button is for.
