LF 12 HELP! RMS is it malfunctioning or AM I ?

When Scanning into LF 12 Intake folder for the Records Management System does your scanned files then go into a secondary folder rather than they would before?

Without seeing the details I would suggest a close look at the file destination you are using to save the files. Any minor character or space could potentially alter the destination.
