I am using Forms 12 Fall 2025 release and have a date time field where on the Advanced tab the Date Validation has the "No later than" value set to "Today". I then created an Error Message rule on the same field for When "value is not in range" and gave a Display value.

Instead of displaying the custom error message it displays "Value must be less than or equal to 11/17/2025." I have tried all three options for the When, but it always displays the same message. Is this a bug?
