Daily Attendance Form Consolidation and Review

asked on November 12

Hi everyone,

How can each submitted attendance form be consolidated and automatically sent to the HR officer for review?

Does the HR officer need to actually review each form or just look at how many were submitted?

Both of the options below require knowing all people expected to complete the form so you can either assign the form to them every day or use a database to determine who hasn't submitted their attendance form.

The simplest option would be to give an HR officer a report of this forms process so they could see what is in progress vs completed. Like mentioned, this would require assigning a task to everyone so you could see who hasn't completed it yet.

The second option would be to have a database table (or lookup table in cloud). Keep track of the attendance record. Anyone submitting a form (doesn't need to be tasks assigned) would update this table on the periodic basis of your choosing. The HR officer could then just load their form whenever they need to to see the specific attendance record for that period.

Hi Zachary,

This attendance process form is a regular attendance sheet.

Each person involved in the meeting will use this form to fill in their information, such as name, position, email, and signature. After completing the form, they will submit it.

I want all submitted forms to be consolidated into one document when received by the meeting coordinator, instead of having separate forms for each submission.

What does the meeting coordinator need to do with the information? I'm leaning towards recommending a report for this, as even a database table wouldn't be able to store a signature.
