This month, we’re excited to announce two powerful new enhancements to our AI product suite.
1. Smart Fields with Classification
Let AI find the best template for your document!
This enhancement to Smart Fields allows you to leverage AI to automatically assign the most suitable template to a document before extracting and populating individual field values.
This makes end-to-end document processing smoother than ever and enables more flexible, scalable, and streamlined process automation solutions.
Administrators can designate which templates they want auto-selection to be enabled for within Repository Administration settings.

2. Smart Chat Enhancements
Use Smart Chat to query your content and our documentation in one place!
In the Repository Web Client, Smart Chat can now answer questions about your own documents and about Laserfiche product documentation - combining the capabilities of the previous “Documents” and “Educational Resources” versions into one.
In addition, Smart Chat is now available in more places across Laserfiche Cloud. For the full list of pages you can access Smart Chat from, refer to the Cloud Help Files.
