I am new to Smart Fields and I have installed the Laserfiche AI feature on our self-hosted Laserfiche v. 12 but when I tried to use the smart fields option, I couldn't find it. 

I then tried to create a new field, but found the option "Extract values with smart fields" is dimmed. What could be missing in the configuration?

Also, I noticed in the cloud version documentation a mention about activating an AI Key; I wonder if that should also be applied on the self-hosted version?
