We recently migrated our Laserfiche environment to version 12 to new servers (2025 version).

We use Laserfiche Directory Server STS authentication with Windows accounts.

We've encountered an issue with a users password preventing them from logging in to Forms or online Repository. Their password contains a hash/pound symbol '#'. 

Is there a known issue which prevents the symbol from being used? For example an Encoding issues in LFSTS?

The workaround is to not use the symbol in password.
