Laserfiche Smart AI On Premise

asked on October 29

Hi,

I just installed Smart AI on prem, and went through all the steps to prepare it for use in our web client, but in the AI Service Configuration, I have a message that states the Laserfiche Server is not licensed for AI features.  We have already upgraded to subscription, I have renewed the primary license, and updated the license file in the Laserfiche Server folder. Not sure what else to check. Has anyone else run into this and if so how did you resolve it?

Have you done this?

Yes, I did opt in, and generated the API key, then created a connection key.  But I just went to check and it is working now, I guess it just took a really long time for the license to update.  Thanks for your help.

It is asking for a First Name, Last Name, Username, and Email to setup an initial administrator account.

Will this also create a CustomerAssist account for them to give us access?

I am the VAR so I don't want to enter my information, but I can not use someone else's password either while testing and troubleshooting.

Yes, hybrid accounts also have Customer Assist functionality.
