Forms 12: Possible bug with upload field? multiple non-image docs

I am getting this error and can reproduce it on command. It is when more than one non-PDF doc is added AND the upload field size is not small:

Http failure response for /Forms/webapi/v1/modernform/240/uploadFiles?IsTriggerPublic=True: 0 Unknown Error

This only happens if when I start it from the process and NOT in the preview tab.

Could you check if there are any errors in the console using the F12 DevTools?

That points to the network tab and we get this:

You can set the log level to Debug on the Forms Configuration site and check for any errors in the log file under C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Forms\Logs. If no errors are found, please open a support ticket with your solution provider, thanks.
