I have a forms process that has been in place for over a year and has worked with no problems.  The process sends customers confirmation emails that their account is set up, then goes to a user task that is designed to just hold for 45 days when a timer is triggered so the customer receives a reminder email to set up paperless billing.  



The last triggered timer last night worked as expected:

As of the first triggered timer of this morning, the trigger is duplicating.  Additionally, there are two different scenarios that exist.

Scenario 1 (Most Common):  One triggered set of events completes, the other terminates.
 There are several instances I have seen in which the timer events are split around the user task like this:

Scenario 2:  Both triggered sets of events complete, customer receives two emails.


I have seen two instances during this time which have processed as expected and about 40 which have not.
