I attended the PreSales Consultation Hour on October 17, 2025, where I was informed that Records Management data could be retrieved using an API call.
Specifically, I’m looking to access the following fields:
- Date Disposition Was Met
- Final Disposition Date
- Destroyed By
My goal is to provide this information to clients in a log format so they can quickly reference key details about their records.
I was advised that this data could be requested for individual records via workflow using an API call. However, after discussing with my development team, they’ve indicated that this information is not accessible through the REST API. They mentioned that while a custom script could be created to run a web request via a remote agent, the Records Management data itself isn’t available through the standard API endpoints.
Could you please confirm whether this data can be accessed via API, or if there’s an alternative method we should consider?
