Can't purge some entries from the Recycle Bin

We are getting this message when trying to purge some entries from the Recycle Bin.

I found a question from 2021 in Answers about this same issue but there wasn't a helpful response. How do we get these documents to purge?

This is a guess, but it sounds like the entry was deleted and then a parent folder that contained it was also deleted. You may need to restore or purge the parent folder first before you're able to do anything with the affected entry.

I found the answer for when I get this error when attempting to purge some entries from the Recycle Bin in the repository. I am able to purge them from the Administration Console and that solved our problem. Thanks to all!
