Laserfiche Connector error "Could not load file or assembly 'Laserfiche.i18n.dll' or one of its dependencies"

One user is successfully able to use a Laserfiche Connector profile. Another user receives the following error using the same profile. Everything I've looked at are the same for both users. Both users have Connector installed and the Options (eg location of the profiles) are the same. Both users are accessing the underlying application the same way. Both users' Edge icons include the additional required parameters. What may be causing this error?

Have you tried repairing the Connector runtime installation on the machine where it's not working? That's a needed local dependency file, maybe something else incorrectly moved or uninstalled it. I'd try that first.
