I'm unable to complete the form. Looks like the cause is the empty selections for the datacentre region.
The Smart Fields assets in hybrid demo account creation is now live for Solution Provider accounts in Cloud.
Under the Plan page in ACS, you should see a button that says "Activate Hybrid Account":
This will allow you to create the cloud account for use with self-hosted Smart Fields. From there, follow the remaining steps in the documentation starting at "Configuring the Laserfiche AI Service for use with Smart Fields".
(The other issue, the part where we show the hybrid option for expired subscriptions even though it cannot be completed, will be addressed in a later update)

That is only showing because it's an (expired) subscription. It's not able to go through because it's expired, but that's not the system you would want to use anyway.
Unfortunately, it looks like we're having issues with the SP accounts because they aren't subscription accounts. My apologies that this isn't currently available; we're looking into it right now and I'll update when we have a better idea of how long it will take to address.
Update for you: we have identified how to fix the issue and we're working on it now. It won't be available today, though.
We do know that the process will be different for SPs, and instead leverages the existing ability to create hybrid demo accounts -- it's not the same as requesting a new account to associate with a customer's self-hosted system.
It will be done from within your existing SP cloud account, on the Plan page, rather than from the Activation Keys page. Apologies for not explaining that in our current communications!
