Getting started on Schedule OCR in Workflow and Forms

I need to set up OCR for a Forms process. I read that I need to set up a workflow to generate searchable text in Workflow Designer, but the only thing I know how to do is add the Schedule OCR to the canvas. What other steps are needed in Workflow to do OCR on a form that was submitted via Forms.

Schedule OCR is the correct activity to use for this, but the activity does not wait for the scheduled OCR to complete before the activity is finished. If you can explain the actual problem you are trying to solve, that would be helpful to those trying to assist.

Thank-you for your response. The main problem I've had was I never created a workflow to use OCR. A gentleman with OPG-3 reached out to help me, and I have the following workflow. We ended up not using the OCR activity.
