Folder Icons Changing

Where are these icons coming from in the repository for folders. They look like records management icons to me but we do not have the module.

Could you  open a case so we can take a look at the repository? Was this migrated from a self-hosted installation?

It seems that it might have been, I see an expired on-prem system in their customer info.

The customerassist is expiring tomm so will need to see if I can get it reactivated before I can create a support ticket.

Sounds like this is from converting a self hosted system with these features to a Cloud. I had never seen it before until helping this customer and could not explain what the icons meant.
