append to lookup

Hello, 


I am on version Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 12.0.2503.10378 and I am having an issue with the append choices to lookup results. Their is only one result in the lookup query, but it is not auto-populating the dropdown field, but appending it to all of the choices available in the dropdown. Is this a bug?

What is the desired outcome?

It should pull in the value from the lookup, but have the appended values available in the dropdown.

That isn't how dropdown lookups typically work. A dropdown will only automatically fill the field when there is only one option. In your use case there will always be more than one option. I suspect you'd have to work around this with JavaScript.
