Performance reports in Laserfiche Forms Not Working

I have a process that's been in use for about 6 years. Each month there are over 100 instances of that process. Yet, when I try to run a Performance report, I get the message "The selected process does not have enough statistics in this date range. Try changing the process or date range." I've tried changing the duration to something broader, like "Year to date", but still receive the same message. I've tried different processes, but they all yield the same results.

Hi Sheila, which version of Forms are you using? Just to confirm, did you click the Apply button after changing the process or date range?

Version 11.0.2201.20436. I didn't need to hit the Apply button because I selected the process before clicking the Performance report. Even if I change the process when on the Performance Report page, I still get the same message.

Could you check if there are any errors in the app logs under ProgramData, and also whether there are any errors in the browser console? If not, I suggest opening a support ticket for further investigation.
