When Forms displays the "Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem." page it does not give a way to show the About window. In our case we have load balanced servers and this makes it hard to find out which server we are connected to since we update the About page to include an Instance ID. Could the Error page be updated to include a link to the About page so we could see this information?
