Laserfiche Answers Increasingly Slow

Has anyone else noticed that the Laserfiche Answers site is been getting increasingly slow?  It has always been a little bit slow to login but now it seems that everything is slow.  Getting onto the site, logging in, opening questions in new tabs all seem incredibly sluggish.  Maybe it's just me??

Its slow, in fact it took about 30 seconds just to open this Question. I've checked with others on different domains and its slow for them as well.

Absolutely - I've noticed the same. It also seems like I'm being automatically logged out every 30 minutes or so.

It's been increasingly slow for me as well. Definitely not just you.

We're aware the site has gotten slower than normal over the past 10 days or so. It's being investigated.

Its been slow for me for years, I just assumed it was on my end as I only hop on here about once a month. Opening this question took longer than usual though. About a minute.

I've always thought it was slow but it seems to be getting worse over time. For example, I clicked Topics and then clicked Forms and it took almost 20 seconds to load.

As it was very slow I ended up creating a Copilot agent that searches answers for me for any questions I have.  It is much quicker.
