How to filter value(s) in lookup dropdown list

Hello,

Is it possible to do this? If not, how do I copy a dropdown list (populated by lookup) to another dropdown list and do the filtering from there?

It sounds like this would be best to do with a stored procedure and use a parameter from the form the trigger the lookup for the dropdown.
