Feature Request: Add "Other" Option for Drop-down Fields in Modern Designer

For radio fields in the Modern Designer there is an option to "Add 'other' choice". Could this same option be added to the Drop-down field as well please?

I avoid using dropdown fields entirely and just use radio fields that display as dropdowns. Radio fields generally seem to function better than dropdown fields and you have the option of switching display formats any time.
