Smart Chat & the first 20 documents

Hi All,

 

Smart chat states it will interrogate the first 20 documents:-

 

Let's say you have a folder with 100 documents in it, what order is the first 20 documents? Is it the order they're currently displayed, is it in creation date order, entry ID order etc.?

 

It's not clear from the help documentation or the AI wording what order the 'first' 20 documents is.

It is the first 20 currently displayed.

Thanks Shawn, so you could re-order them depending on what you want to interrogate. Thanks for clarifying, good to know!

That is correct.  If you re-sort the display, than the question is applied to the new set of 20 documents.
