We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Reporting on Forms Data in Laserfiche 12. This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

Please note that the content in this course is similar to that in the Reporting on Forms Data course that is based on Laserfiche 11. This updated course includes a look at some of the updates in Laserfiche 12. 

Course Description: In this course, you will identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies using insight reports that monitor process health metrics, such as task loads, work-in-progress, and process completion rates. You will also learn how to create custom data visualizations to gain insights into business processes.

Course Objectives: By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies using insight reports that monitor process health metrics, such as task loads, work-in-progress, and process completion rate
• Gain insights into business processes by creating custom data visualizations, including line, pie, and bar charts
• Build a table and summary report to further analyze more information about your process instances
